Thank you to those of you who responded to the Department of Revenue's (DOR) May survey on DOR sponsored Wisconsin tax updates for the 2013 tax filing season.
In 2012, DOR and the IRS participated in events sponsored by the Wisconsin Society of Enrolled Agents (WSEA) and several other organizations. DOR did not expect WSEA to sponsor a similar event in 2013. Therefore, we asked if you wanted a Wisconsin only tax update and, if so, how you would prefer to receive this information.
Survey Results:
575 responded
- 97% of respondents would attend a free, half-day tax update that covers only Wisconsin information
- 61% wanted a classroom-style seminar offered in four to six locations throughout the state
- 23% wanted a live webinar
- 16% preferred an online recorded video
We are finalizing plans to provide seminars in October at sites listed below. We will also post a video of the seminar upon completion of the presentations for those that prefer to view at their convenience.
