A commission created by two or more political subdivisions may contract with each other for the purpose of issuing conduit revenue bonds under sec. 66.0304, Wis. Stats. The commission is required to notify the Department of Revenue whenever a bond is issued.

Form IC-085, Report of Conduit Revenue Bonds Issued, is to be used to notify the department. The form is available on the department's website at: www.revenue.wi.gov/DORForms/ic-085f.pdf.
