2017 Tax Increment Worksheet and Statement of Taxes – Available Online

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the following electronically filed (e-file) forms on our website today, Tuesday, November 21, 2017. Both e-file forms have been updated to use a new e-filing platform.


Using the New Platform

New platform!

  • E-file forms now require email authorization
  • Same reporting requirements with a new look and feel
  • Works with any browser

Accessing the form:

  • The first time you access the form on our website, you are asked to enter your email address
  • Go to the email message with the subject "Login authorization link" and click the provided link
  • Select the appropriate e-file form and begin filing

Filing the form:

  • Complete the form – you must enter an amount in each required field
  • Review instructions on the right side card of each page
  • You can save your work periodically
  • After submitting, print and/or save a copy for your records

Tax Increment Worksheet (PC-202)

Who should file?

  • E-file Form PC-202 – if your municipality has one or more tax incremental finance districts and the Total Value Increment for your municipality is positive
  • Do not file Form PC-202 – if your municipality does not have a tax incremental finance district and/or the Total Value Increment is zero or less

Form Information

  • Due date – December 18, 2017
  • You cannot e-file until all your taxing jurisdictions submit their apportioned tax levies to DOR. If their tax levies are listed as "Not Filed," you may contact them directly.
  • Total Tax Increment calculated on Form PC-202 is auto-filled on the Statement of Taxes (Line D2)

Statement of Taxes (Form PA-632A)

Form Information

  • Each municipality must e-file Form PA-632A
  • Due date – December 18, 2017
  • Once you enter your municipality's information, your taxing jurisdictions' apportionment data will auto-fill. You cannot e-file until all your taxing jurisdictions submit their apportioned tax levies to DOR.  
  • If your municipality is required to complete the Tax Increment Worksheet, you must complete it before completing Form PA-632A
