Taxation District Exemption Summary Report on our
website.
Form PC-226 Information
- Every municipality is required to electronically file (e-file) this form with DOR in even-numbered years

Due date: July 2, 2018
- You must enter the total number of exempt properties by purpose and value category within your municipality.
Note: These amounts are reported to the Municipal Clerk by exempt property owners on Forms PC-220 and PC-220A by March 31, 2018.
- If your municipality has no exempt properties, you must file a report with zero in each category
Getting Started (to e-file)
Accessing the form:
- This form now requires email authorization
- The first time you access the form on our
website, you are asked to enter your email address
- Go to the email message with the subject "Login authorization link" and click the provided link
- Select Form PC-226 and begin filing
Filing the form:
- Review the instructions on the right side card and complete the form
- You can save your work periodically
- After submitting, print and/or save a copy for your records
