The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to remind you that Form PC-501: 2017 Municipal Treasurer's Settlement is due Thursday, March 15, 2018.

Form Information

• Counties must electronically file (e-file) using the e-file form or file transfer
• Review the updated form instructions
• After e-filing with DOR, send a copy to the municipality
