2017 Annual Assessment Report (AAR) - Reminder

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to remind you to complete an AAR for each Municipality you assess. The AAR is due to DOR within 30 days after completion of the Board of Review (BOR).

We received 621 2017 AARs as of June 20.

2017 process summary

  1. Submit a completed 2017 AAR for each municipality you assess
  2. Certain fields of the AAR auto-fill one day after the form is filed with DOR
    • Municipal Assessment Report (MAR)
    • Tax Incremental District Report (TAR)
    • Exempt Computer Report (ECR)
    • Statement of Assessment (SOA)
  3. Select the "Re-useable" option to save your AAR when its complete – this allows you to update a previously filed AAR
  4. Deliver completed form to
    • Municipality before or at the Board of Review (BOR)
    • DOR within 30 days after the final BOR adjournment
