The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the 2019 file transfer instructions to our website in December. Please follow the new layout to successfully transfer 2019 rolls to DOR.

2019 Assessment and Tax Roll XML Schema Changes

• No schema changes for 2019
• Reminders from 2018
• Counties may submit all municipalities at one time using two separate files – one for personal property and one for real property
• Counties can continue to submit one municipality at a time
• City, state and zip are optional for situs address
• Occupational tax, state assessed telco and forest taxable (personal property only) are optional
• Send DOR your public (redacted) data to maintain consistency with providing any data
