The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the 2019 Annual Assessor Meeting materials to our website. View the material for informational purposes
or for assessor certification credit.
1. Information Purposes

2. View Material for Assessor Certification Credit
If you did not attend an in-person 2019 Annual Assessor Meeting and need to fulfill your certification requirement, you must attend the Online Annual Assessor (School) Meeting.

To receive credit
You must view the online training materials and attain 100 percent on the quiz by
February 7, 2020.
Details:
- Access the Online Annual Assessor School (Meeting) – located in My DOR Government Account (MyDORGov) – see filing tips and authorization information below
- After completed, you will receive an email with your quiz score and the following:
- Pass (100 percent) – certificate of completion attached
- Did not pass (< 100 percent) – list of incorrectly answered questions and a link to retake the quiz
- Note:
- When you submit your quiz results to DOR, you attest to completing a review of all the 2019 Online Annual Assessment Meeting materials
- Your 2019 Annual Assessor Meeting training requirement is not complete until you receive the DOR email with your 100 percent quiz score and a completion certificate

Filing tips
- You must complete the email authorization steps (see below) to access the quiz
- The quiz must be error-free to submit
- After submitting the quiz, print and/or save a copy to your local computer to view your responses
- You must provide your certification number to submit the quiz – contact bapdor@wisconsin.gov for your number

Email authorization for assessors/assessment staff

Login to the eRETR (PAD) application
- Click "Manage Users" to view your profile
- Confirm the email address is correct – you must use this same email address for the email authorization step below
- If your email is incorrect and you are:
- Assessor – contact DOR's
Equalization Bureau to update
- Assessment staff – ask the assessor you are listed under to update your email in the Manage Users system
- Visit the
Governments landing page
- Click "My DOR GOV Account"
- Complete the email authorization step if this is the first time you are entering the system
- Enter your PAD email address and click "Login"
- An email is sent to you with a link to access MyDORGov – link is valid for 30 days
- The first time you access the system, you must provide your contact information
- Once on the MyDORGov home screen, select "Online Annual Assessor School (Meeting)" to access the quiz

Email authorization when certified but not assessing
- Visit the

- Complete the email authorization step if this is the first time you are entering the system
- Enter your certification record email address and click "Login"
- An email is sent to you with a link to access MyDORGov – link is valid for 30 days
- The first time you access the system, you must provide your contact information
- Once on the MyDORGov home screen, select "Annual Assessor School (Meeting)" to access the quiz
