The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the DRAFT 2019 Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM) from August 1, 2018 to August 22, 2018 for public comment.

DOR is providing an updated DRAFT of Chapter 18, Manufacturing and Utility Assessment, based upon comments.

The other draft 2019 WPAM chapters do not have any material changes since the comment period.
