The Wisconsin Department of Revenue, Division of State and Local Finance (SLF), Office of Technical and Assessment Services is currently recruiting for a Manual and Guides Editor position – Property Assessment Practices Specialist (PAPS) & PAPS Journey (19-01804).

The Manual and Guides Editor is responsible for the publication of the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual, Property Owner Guides and State Prescribed Forms. The position works with a variety of customers (ex: state and federal agencies, local government officials, taxpayers, municipalities, and professional assessment and appraisal organizations). 

The position is located in Madison.

Salary (depending on qualifications)

• PAPS:  $17.96/hour to $29.62/hour
• PAPS Journey:  $23.38/hour to $38.59/hour
