Bundled Transactions - Emergency Rule Prepared
An emergency administrative rule has been prepared to assist retailers in determining the proper Wisconsin sales and use tax treatment of bundled transactions. Section Tax 11.985 - Bundled Transactions, is included in the emergency rule order published on September 30, 2009 and is available on the Department's website at: www.revenue.wi.gov/sstp/emergrule.html. This emergency rule defines what a bundled transaction is and explains the Wisconsin sales and use tax treatment of bundled transactions.
