Updated: Mailing of Some Forms ST-12 Delayed
On January 30 it was reported that Forms ST-12 for monthly filers, early monthly filers, and seasonal filers whose season began in January would be mailed out by February 4. These forms will actually be mailed out starting today, February 7, 2008, and continuing through next week.
Filers with impending due dates who have not received their Form(s) ST-12 can download them from the department’s website at http://www.revenue.wi.gov/forms/sales/s-012f.pdf . Instructions are available at http://www.revenue.wi.gov/forms/sales/s-114.pdf. Sales tax returns may also be electronically filed using a recently implemented system, TeleFile Sales.
