New Customers Registration Procedure
- Send the Agency Information form located in the Refund Interception Guides to the Setoff Coordinator:
- Publication 218 - Refund Interception Guide for Counties and Municipalities
- Publication 238 - Refund Interception Guide for State Agencies
- Note: Universities and Technical schools should use Pub 238
- Register for a Web Access Managment System (WAMS) account.
- WAMS is a way to securely access State Internet applications and is run by the Department of Administration.
- WAMS Video - 3 minutes of process instructions.
- For WAMS ID and password questions, use the Account Recovery link on the WAMS page.
- Once your application form has been accepted and you have your Agency ID, then you need to authorize system users. The TRIP Request Authorization form is found when you log on to TRIP and can be mailed via land mail or e-mailed in the "pdf format", or faxed to the Setoff Coordinator at (608) 261-6226. TRIP Authorizations do not expire.
