If you reported the leasing of a piece of
equipment last year which is no longer being
leased you may report the same entry as last
year and set this to true to indicate this.
This is information for someone with the leasing
company that we can contact to answer questions
about the filing.
If this filing was prepared by a outside party
such as a n accounting company then this should
be contact information for someone there we can
contact to answer questions.
This is the mailing address of the leasing
company.
When true this indicates that you've previously
filed and this filing is intended to replace any
and all previous filings completely.
When true this indicates that you wish to report
more leased equipment. It simply adds to
whatever you've currently filed but doesn't
replace it.
