2008 Municipal Clerk's TID Subsequent Year Packet
A form packet was mailed out April 14, 2008 to each Tax Incremental Financing municipal clerk. The following forms are required to be completed and returned.
The Certification of Continued TID Value Increment (PE-209) is due by May 15, 2008. The form is only available in electronic format. (Link below)
The Statement of Assessment (PE-615A) is due as soon as possible after the 2008 Board of Review (BOR). It should be sent to the District Supervisor of Equalization for your county which is listed below.
