2008 Assessor's TID Subsequent Year Packet
A form packet was distributed at the Assessor School in November 2007 to each Tax Incremental Financing municipal assessor. The following two forms are required to be completed for each active TID and returned by the second Monday in June. For 2008 that is June 9, 2008. THERE ARE NO EXTENSIONS. If a timely report is not received, the Department will use the previous year's non-manufacturing certified equalized value. As a result, any additions or corrections will be lost for that year and no statutory adjustments will be made. For Territory Amendment subtractions and additions, there are two new column headings. Please put the amendment values in their respective columns.
