 Changes made to WT-7 Annual Reconciliation Schema

For TY 2009, effective January 1, 2010

  1. Two elements in the generic schems StateAnnual.xsd will now be used by Wisconsin:

    1. Add DateFinalWagesPaid used in conjunction with FinalReturnElect to let us know when to stop expecting deposits.
    2. Add TotalCreditsYear to report the amount of WI Advanced Earned Income Credit paid to employees. This figure will be needed to reconcile the wage statements with the periodic deposits.

    As a result of these changes, most documentation have been updated. Please review them carefully.
