Wisconsin municipalities may now complete the calculation of the tax increment online and also file the electronic form directly via the Internet.
Special Notes
- The form must be completed online and submitted online. A paper version of the form will NOT be mailed to municipalities.
- A paper copy of the completed form can be printed for local records. Please read the instructions carefully.
- Due: 3rd Monday in December
