Municipal & TID Computer Exemption Report (PA-004 & PA004A)
Assessors can report the value of the Tax Exempt computers in their municipality & TIDs electronically via the Internet from April 1st to May 1st.
Special Notes
- Filing can be done no sooner than April 1, and no later than May 1.
- A paper copy can be printed for your records.
- For security purposes, you must re-log in for each district filed.
- Remember, you can save and restore your document(s) to your PC so that they can be completed at a later date.
- As of April 2009 all Computer Exemption reports will be filed electronically.
To Access a WAMS ID
- Register for a Web Access Management System (WAMS) State User ID
- A user role of "Assessor" or "Assessment Staff" must be assigned using the "New User Registration System".
