Wisconsin Department of Revenue

Pay Online

You can pay your tax return and estimated tax payments online! Simply transfer the tax you owe directly from your bank account. It saves time and money – and eliminates the risk of your payments being lost in the mail! The application provides security and confidentiality for all your transactions.

When a due date falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the tax due date is extended to the next business day immediately following the weekend or holiday. Tax payments cannot be transferred from a bank account on Federal Reserve Bank holidays when financial institutions are closed. Your payment will be processed and credited the next business day.

The Department will only process payments from within the U.S. banking system. We do not accept payments from an international bank account.

For more information about paying online, go to our FAQs at http://www.revenue.wi.gov/faqs/pcs/eft.html. If you are looking for other options to make electronic payments (credit card, XML transfer, etc.), go to our Online Services page at http://www.revenue.wi.gov/eserv/index.html.
