- Wide to narrow ratio of 3:1.
- Narrow bar width at least 10 mils.
- Minimum height of 1/2 inch.
- At least 1/4 inch white space to left and right of bar code.
- Eleven characters as follows -
Digit # Interpretation 1. * = Start. 2. I = Income (Alpha tax type designation) - 1CNP, 1CNS, OS, CR
C = Corporation Franchise, Income Tax, & Partnership - RT
E = Estate
S = Sales - ST-12, DRY-012, EX-012, PRA-012, RV-012, UT-5
W = Withholding Tax
