The Tax Incremental Value Limitation Report (PDF format) is updated annually by the Department of Revenue on August 15. This alphabetic report lists all active 2002 Tax Incremental Districts (TID's). Currently there are 759 TID's in 360 different municipalities. The report shows the accumulated current value and value increment for all TID's in the municipality and the municipality's equalized value. The sum of the municipal's value increment does not include negative districts and the equalized value deducts values of parcel overlaps.
