The Tax Incremental Value Limitation Report (PDF format) is updated annually by the Department of Revenue on August 15. This alphabetic report lists all active 2001 Tax Incremental Districts (TID's). Currently th ere are 748 TID's in 346 different municipalities. The report shows the accumulated current value and value increment for all TID's in the municipality and the municipality's equalized value. The sum of the municipal's value increment does not include negative districts and the equalized value deducts values of parcel overlaps.
