The Tax Incremental Value Limitation Report (PDF format) is updated annually by the Department of Revenue on August 15. This report lists alphabetically all active 2000 Tax Incremental Districts (TID). It shows the accumulated current value and value increment for all TIDs in the municipality and the municipality's equalized value. The sum of the municipal's value increment does not include negative districts and the equalized value deducts values of parcel overlaps.
